Bienvenidos and Capitolio 3F.
In the Capitolio III complex you will find our corner apartment, accessible by elevator, on the 3rd floor. It has recently been completely renovated and restyled so that it has a neat and fresh look. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a nice modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. The spacious balcony, located on the south-west, is equipped with sliding windows and sun blinds so that it is a good place to stay during all weather conditions. From the balcony you have a view over Albir and the mountainous nature reserve behind it and you can watch the sun go down. The beautiful courtyard garden with large communal swimming pool and sunbathing area are freely accessible to you.

Our apartment is ready to move in, so you only need to bring your personal belongings and clothing to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
The complex is located on a lively street with cozy restaurants and shops and only a 200 meter walk from the beach.

Albir is a pleasant coastal town located between Benidorm and Altea with good public transport to various interesting places. The bus stop and taxi rank are nearby. Albir is part of the municipality of Alfas del Pi and is rich in shops, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, bars and a beautiful promenade, all within walking distance.
Many Dutch, Flemish and Scandinavian guests come to Albir throughout the year and it is highly valued by visitors because almost everything is within walking distance. Every Sunday there is a market within walking distance of the complex.

The Costa Blanca (the white coast) has a microclimate, with more than 300 days of sunshine a year and the most constant weather in all of Spain.
