Casa Isario

Enjoy our charming Spanish villa with beautiful sea views. Pleasantly situated on the hilltops of Moraira / Benissa, 3 km from the beach. In summer you always have a cooling breeze here and the house has a private swimming pool. Nice place for families. Quiet location, comfortably furnished (with air conditioning), very fast WiFi, and possibility to stream Netflix or other content, also a Sonos system. Pack your suitcase and come enjoy our house and the beautiful surroundings.

You reach Casa Isario with two flights of stairs from street level and once on the terrace you have a beautiful view of the coast of Moraira / Benissa and the rock of Calpe (Ifach). The terrace extends over the full width of the house and takes you to the entrance to the private swimming pool. For families with children, there are gates between the terrace and the pool to protect children on risky adventures.

The villa has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in the largest room and 2 single beds in the smaller room. The bedroom is a spacious double room with a generous queen size bed, plenty of wardrobe space and bedside tables/tables. The smaller bedroom contains two single beds (with new mattresses in 2019), which can of course be pushed together, a small wardrobe with drawers. A baby bed and a high chair are available for families with children. Bed linen and towels are provided and there is a washing machine and plenty of drying areas, an iron and an ironing board.

On the digital side we have a fast Fiber WiFi connection, with 2 additional WiFi signal boosters. With Chromecast you can stream your own local TV content (via your phone or tablet, to the TV) or play Netflix. A Sonos sound system is also available to play your own (Spotify) playlist. This is all explained via briefing documents when you enter the house. There are also books, games and DVDs available and of course a TV.

In the large living room you will find a comfortable area, including a sitting area with TV and fireplace and another area with a sofa bed for a small siesta or extra guests. The spacious bathroom is directly accessible from the bedroom, it contains a toilet, a separate bath and shower and double sinks. The kitchen has everything you need and cooking is on gas. Available are a dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, milk frother, toaster, orange juicer, fruit mixer, regular blender, kettle, sufficient crockery, mugs and cutlery and many of the appliances were renewed in 2019. Pots and pans are of good quality. Then there is the veranda, our favorite spot of the house and it is a great place to sit, eat, relax and enjoy the beautiful sea views and sunsets. In the summer with the windows open you can feel a wonderful breeze here. On request you can use the laundry room, with a washing machine and extra storage space for outdoor furniture and more.

Outside you will find a dining table (for 6 to 8 people) and 4 chairs, a barbecue, sun beds, relaxation chairs and a parasol. The house is beautifully situated in terms of climate. At the back of the house, a rock protects the bedrooms from the sun, so that the sleeping environment is pleasant. During the day, both sun worshipers and those seeking shade get what they want, as the house offers both sun and shade all day long. The pool is cleaned weekly and will be heated from April to April. In the evening the pool can be illuminated and the pool also has a separate shower. There are toys for children to play with in the pool, such as an inflatable crocodile. The garden surrounds the house and includes a palm tree, a beautiful Bougainvillea, a Jacquaranda tree, a mandarin tree and many other Mediterranean vegetation. So, if you're there at the right time of year, be sure to pick some mandarin oranges! The house has radiators and a gas fire for winter, and we provide mobile radiators if required. For the summer there is also a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and portable fans for the rest of the house.
