This luxuriously finished house was completed in August 2018. The distance to the beach and the center of Albir is 600 meters across the road. You are there by car or scooter in 2 minutes. Parking in Albir is free. The house is part of an Ibiza style project with 20 houses. The communal pool is spacious and easy to reach via the back of the house. The house is fully equipped with separate air conditioning per room and luxury fitted kitchen. Canal digital is present and also WiFi. In consultation, the garage can be used for longer rental periods.
