Welcome to your ideal holiday spot on the Costa Blanca! This attractive apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the municipality of L'Alfàs del Pi, centrally located between Alicante and Valencia and close to charming Altea.
The apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing and active holiday. With a spacious garden full of fruit trees and mature palms, a large saltwater swimming pool and access to several terraces, it is a wonderful place to stay. At the same time, the beautiful surroundings invite you to go out and enjoy all that the Costa Blanca has to offer. It is good to mention that it is useful to have a car.
Your stay
The apartment is cozy and practically furnished, with a cool living room, an open kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom.
The large conservatory, furnished as a work and dining space, offers a wonderful place to have breakfast together or enjoy a drink overlooking the garden.
Outside, a 1200 m² garden with Mediterranean plants and quiet corners awaits to relax. The spacious saltwater pool is ideal for a refreshing dip or swimming laps. Whether you seek out the sun or prefer to relax in the shade, there is always a nice place to find.
The owners
You will be staying in a real house here.
We (Marja and Edwin) live on the first floor, together with our labrador Sjimmie. At the same time, we travel regularly, so you may have the house all to yourself.
There are no other guests on the property.
After the gate, the routes split by themselves.
You turn right, to your own apartment. We go up a staircase on the left.
Our living space is on the other side of the house and does not overlook the garden and pool.
As a result, you have a lot of peace and privacy there.
When we are there, we tailor our use to your stay.
Your use and privacy always come first. Our use of the swimming pool is secondary to this.
It often feels like you are all alone here.
If you need something or a question, we will respond quickly and think along with you.
