Distance to Albir 5 minutes by car. Albir has a wide choice of restaurants and entertainment. The old town of Altea is a 7-minute drive away and the centre of Benidorm is 10 minutes.

The bright living room has air conditioning and fireplace and has access to a sunny glazed conservatory with beautiful views. Adjacent to the living room is the dining room and very spacious kitchen with utility room. The villa itself has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilet.
The master bedroom has a double bed and this room has a built-in wardrobe. There is direct access to the main bathroom. The 2 bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe and in the 3 bedroom there is also a double bed and a separate wardrobe.
The guest house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The larger bedroom has a double bed and this space is adjacent to the bathroom with toilet. The smaller bedroom, also with air conditioning, has 2 times a single bed.
