Located in a quiet and picturesque street in the heart of the charming original village, it offers the unique opportunity to experience local life in this pearl of the Costa Blanca. Altea is known for its white houses, winding streets, cozy squares and countless staircases with stone-inlaid mosaics.

This lovely home is ideal for one or two couples looking for a special place; it is quiet but central, around the corner from the historic square with the famous Cupula (blue-domed church) of Altea and many restaurants and boutiques. Not only does it offer views of this part of the lovely old village, but it also has sea views, even from the terrace. The beach is about 300 meters away on foot.

Downstairs is the hall with a comfortable sofa and seat. At the end of the hallway you will find the spacious master bedroom with beautiful ensuite bathroom. The double bed is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom has a spacious shower, and ditto toilet room with toilet. Uniquely, you will see the original rock wall that has been beautifully preserved in one of the walls of the bathroom.
The second guest room has a comfortable double bed and a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

The upper floor can be reached via the stairs where the modern open kitchen with cooking island with induction hob. It is fully equipped: microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fully furnished with all the necessary crockery and cooking utensils. Furthermore, there is a beautiful dining table with four comfortable chairs with beautiful mood lighting. In the seating area you can lounge, watch TV or enjoy the view. Adjacent there is a sunny roof terrace with a shade cloth. There is an outdoor table with four chairs and two sun loungers. Here you can sunbathe, enjoy a drink and snack and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the historic village.

A short walk from the house there is a parking garage where there is a reserved parking space for your car.

We are bon vivants and experienced globetrotters who have pledged our hearts to Altea, the pearl on the Costa Blanca. We live together with two sweet ragdoll cats.
The rental is arranged by the enthusiastic and cordial Juan who knows all the ins and outs about Altea and its surroundings (even more than we do). He will check you in and out and will be your English-speaking contact person regarding your reservation.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation within 30 to 45 days before the check-in day: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. No refund within 30 days before the check-in day.

A deposit of €300 will be requested, which will be refunded one week after correct departure.

Mandatory cleaning fee €90 at the end of the rental period. On request, the house can also be cleaned in the meantime.
