There is a very large bathroom with bath, rain shower, two sinks and toilet. In addition, a bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There is a (bed)room with a double sofa bed including washing machine, dryer and ironing board. All windows have double glazing, shutters (darkening) and mosquito screens.
The house is illuminated all around. The existing alarm system can be used.
