This villa was completed in December 2016. It is finished with durable materials and is equipped with every luxury and comfort. The villa is completely fenced. Entrance through an electric sliding gate with a very spacious driveway and carport suitable for three cars.

The plants in and around the garden are child-friendly. It is equipped with over 650m2 of grass including various (fruit) trees and beautiful sun loungers. There is also a large terrace of 125m2 which is accessible from the living room and the garden. On the terrace there is a luxurious dining area and a beautiful lounge set. It is also possible to use the outdoor kitchen with available Big Green Egg. The large swimming pool (25 x 10) and the two tennis courts can be reached from the garden. Children's playground is located right next to the swimming pool.

From the terrace there is a beautiful view over the skyline of Benidorm.
The spacious living room and kitchen are equipped with: air conditioning, underfloor heating, large gas fireplace, open, very luxurious kitchen with a spacious cooking island. Fully equipped, such as: extractor fan, dishwasher, induction hob, wok, teppanyaki plate, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer and wine cooler. The comfortably furnished living room is equipped with luxurious furniture.

Living room has large windows and sliding doors all around. Television (55 inches) available with Dutch channels and Netflix. Good WiFi available in and around the house.

The bedrooms have very good double beds. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, wardrobes and bedside tables are available in the bedrooms. The master bedroom with private bathroom can be booked additionally.

There is a very large bathroom with bath, rain shower, two sinks and toilet. In addition, a bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet in the hall. There is a (bed)room with a double sofa bed including washing machine, dryer and ironing board. All windows have double glazing, shutters (darkening) and mosquito screens.
The house is illuminated all around. The existing alarm system can be used.
