We rent out a serene and beautiful loft on the ground floor with an atmospheric, inspiring botanical garden with a waterfall running through it from top to bottom. The loft has a covered terrace located on the south. Enjoy the sun in the garden with a book and the waterfall in the background or walk up to the tennis courts where the tennis club invites you to enjoy a snack and a drink in the sun out of the wind, just a 3-minute walk away. The tennis club is open all year round.

The studio is located in a perfect location in Miraflores between La Cala de Mijas and Calahonda.
With a 10-minute walk you are at the beautiful beach of Miraflores where you end up at the cozy beach bar Antonio's. You can choose to take a walk from miraflores to la cala de Mijas. With a 15-minute walk you arrive in the super cozy town with nice bars, restaurants, hairdressers, shops and the pharmacy on the corner.

It is a closed urbanisation with 24 hour security and you can park outside for free.

Guests must check in after 15:00 and before 18:00.
After 18.00 a key safe is used at the reception, but the guest must check in the next day at the reception with ID. Check out before 11.00. Guests with a late flight can store their luggage at the reception until 18:00.

Please turn off the heating, air conditioner, hob and any other electronic devices if you leave the apartment in the meantime.

Of course, the fridge can stay on.

We are John and Tamara van Dijk. Our dream was to live in Spain after we got married in Mijas Pueblo. We managed to buy an apartment in La Cala de Mijas and now a few years later a beautiful studio located in Miraflores. We'll postpone living until the children have left home. Until then, we would like to share it with you. You are welcome at Casa Miño.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
