Beautiful apartment on the Mijas golf course.
The apartment is easily accessible by public transport bus 223 and it also stops in front of the complex. Furthermore, it is located in Mijas La Gunas on a beautiful golf course. The apartment also has a view of 2 swimming pools in the subtropical garden with sunbeds, the golf course and the mountains. Our fully furnished apartment can accommodate 4 people. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa. Furthermore, the apartment has a master bedroom with a double bed and a large bathroom (with walk-in shower, toilet and bidet) ensuite. There is another bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and bidet. Furthermore, the bedrooms are connected to the small cool rear terrace. Our kitchen is fully equipped with (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee cup machine). Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided.

Within walking distance you will find a few nice (tapas) restaurants. A few places you must see,- Marbella about 20 minutes, Malaga airport 20 minutes and La Cala beach about 12 minutes drive. Free parking is available on the market grounds. You can also enjoy shopping at the market of La Cala on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We are Eugène and Yvonne and recently in possession of this beautiful apartment. We live in Almere and both work in education. Eugène as a Dutch teacher at a VMBO school in Amsterdam and I as a secretary at an MBO school in Almere. We love golf, tennis and enjoy nature and the beach.

WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING OUR CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST YOU MUST PAY 50% OF THE TOTAL RENTAL AMOUNT.
BARBEQUENING IS NOT ALLOWED.
YOUR RESERVATION IS FINAL ONLY AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR DEPOSIT. YOUR OPTION FOR A PARTICULAR PERIOD WILL BE CONVERTED INTO A FINAL BOOKING.
AT LATEST 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL YOU ARE PAYABLE THE REST OF THE RENT, CLEANING COSTS AND THE DEPOSIT. IF YOUR ARRIVAL IS WITHIN THIS PERIOD OF 6 WEEKS, YOU ARE DUE TO THE ENTIRE TRAVEL AMOUNT AT A TIME.
CANCELLATION COSTS: FOR CANCELLATION WITHIN 6 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE, THE CANCELLATION COSTS AMOUNT TO 35%. FOR CANCELLATION UP TO 4 WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE 60%. AFTER THAT THE COSTS ARE 100%.
FAILURE TO PAY THE TOTAL (RESIDUAL) RENTAL AMOUNT ON TIME MAY RESULT IN THAT THE RESERVATION IS CANCELLED.
ONCE FULL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED YOU WILL GET THE ADDRESS AND DIRECTIONS TO THE HOUSE. YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE THE CODE OF THE KEY SAFE.
THE KEYS ARE IN A KEY SAFE AT THE HOUSE. YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CODE AFTER FULL PAYMENT OF THE INVOICE.
THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT THE END OF YOUR STAY, PROVIDED NOTHING IS BROKEN/DAMAGED OR LOST.
THE HOUSE IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE TENANTS (MAX. 6 PEOPLE). IF MORE GUESTS STAY THIS MUST BE CONSULTED IN ADVANCE, BUT THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS MUST NOT BE EXCEEDED.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN CASA FAJA LOBI.
YOU CAN CHECK IN AFTER 4 PM ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED.
YOU MUST CHECK OUT BEFORE 10 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE. (UNLESS OTHERWISE AGREED).
NOISE, MUSIC AND SIMILAR MUST BE KEEPED TO AN ACCEPTABLE LEVEL WITH NO DISTURBANCE TO ANY NEIGHBORS.
WATER AND ELECTRICITY ARE EXCLUSIVE. IN EXCESSIVE USE OF ELECTRA AND WATER, EXTRA COSTS WILL BE BILLED.
