Wonderful house for a wonderful holiday. Spacious three-bedroom house with sea views.

This property in Los Nadales is located just outside the beautiful and peaceful location of Benalmadena Pueblo. This quaint and authentic Spanish village is a lovely place to relax and enjoy the best of Spanish life.

The house has been furnished to a high standard and has  three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a modern fully equipped kitchen (cooker, hob, microwave/oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, with an open plan aspect through to the lounge/dining room.

As it is south facing, the large terrace with sea views gets sun all day which is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying an evening drink on the terrace. A large table and chairs for outdoor dining is provided. There is also an awning on the terrace for shade.

Other facilities include two private parking spaces in the underground car park. The modern house  is on a secure complex with only 7 other houses. Ideally located with easy access to the pool (open from May to early October). The shared pool in the lovely garden also has a children's pool  .

The complex is only 15 minutes from Malaga airport and is easily accessible by car, taxi or train from Malaga station. It is only  a 10 - 15 minute walk to the local supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Benalmadena-Costa beach is a short drive away, where you will find long stretches of sandy beach, as well as the beautiful Benalmadena Marina, the Sea Life Centre, numerous bars and restaurants.

Benalmadena Pueblo remains a typical Andalusian village with quaint narrow streets and plenty of Spanish charm. There are a number of shops, restaurants, bars and local amenities (including supermarkets, banks, pharmacy and town hall). Although the area offers peace and quiet, the hustle and bustle of the coast is close at hand with plenty of restaurants, bars and nightlife - this is the perfect place to spend your holiday.

In Arroyo de la Miel there is a cable car where you can see the entire area of Benalmadena at the top.
There are 2 golf courses nearby, one in Torrequebrada and a new golf course has been built in the Pueblo. Just a short drive away is the famous golf course of La Cala de Mijas. The golf shop in the village can arrange arrangements and has special offers.

Benalmadena is perfectly located between the busy towns of Torremolinos and Fuengirola, both of which are only a 10-minute drive away. The Aqua Park in Mijas Costa is just a short drive away via the N-340, where the whole family can spend the day and enjoy the water attractions. There are all sorts of water sports available in Benalmadena Costa, including scuba diving, para-sailing and boat hire. The popular towns of Malaga, Mijas, Marbella and Puerto Banus are all within 30 minutes of the apartment, so exploring the area  couldn't be easier. Day trips are also available to Gibraltar, Granada, Tarifa, and Morocco.

Special monthly rates for winter holidays with a minimum stay of one month from November 1st to March 31st.
