We are Patrick and Jose Spijkers and we bought this apartment in 2023.
The beautiful weather, the outdoor culture and the delicious food made us fall in love with Spain. We see this place as our second home.
In the Netherlands we live in the beautiful village of Hilvarenbeek. We like to travel back and forth between these 2 beautiful places.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
