25 years ago I arrived in the city of Jerez and immediately fell for its charm and culture. The city of sherry, flamenco, Spanish riding school, feria and motoGP. But also golf courses and beaches on the Costa de la Luz a short distance away.
Started searching 10 years ago and found my dream 2 years ago. After a major renovation, my dream has become reality. The result is a beautiful house with a spacious apartment for guests to enjoy the culture.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
