Located an hour's drive from Malaga airport. The villa is just over half an hour's drive from the beach ! This allows you to enjoy the enormous tranquility at the villa, as well as the beach and the boulevard. The villa is easily accessible with parking in front of the door and a 20-minute walk or less than 5 minutes by car from Alcaucin, with a supermarket and a few bars. Due to its unique location against a nature reserve , you can walk directly from the house through the beautiful nature reserve of El Alcázar.
The villa is spread over two fully furnished floors and has an area of approximately 120 m2 and a beautiful view over the valley and the surrounding mountains. On the huge terrace is a salt swimming pool (800 x 400 x (110-195)) with Roman steps and plenty of sunbeds to enjoy the tranquility and the breathtaking views. There is also a barbecue.
The property is fully fenced and closed at the front with an iron entrance gate and parking for several cars.

The semi-open kitchen 1, with air conditioning and ceiling fan, is accessible from the living room via a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils and sufficient cupboard space. There is also a washing machine here.
Bedroom 1 has two single beds, a single trundle bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and plenty of fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan and ample fitted wardrobes.
The spacious bathroom 1 has a bath, shower and additional heating.
Bathroom 2 (only toilet and sink) is located between the two floors.
Lower floor:
Living room 2 has a three- and a two-seater sofa, Smart TV, a wood stove, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The dining table is also in this living room. From the living room there is access to the veranda through double sliding glass doors.
Here too, the semi-open kitchen is accessible from the living room via a bar. The kitchen is fully equipped: 4-zone ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, all cooking utensils, sufficient cupboard space, TV, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There is also a washing machine here.
