As a tenant you get a completely detached house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and (optionally) an independent apartment for 2 people with its own entrance. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchen, a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a living room with TV and a huge terrace with the best view! The detached house naturally has a kitchen with all necessary equipment (including dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, kettle), a spacious living room with large fireplace and an outdoor veranda.
Outside the house there is a small outdoor kitchen with fireplace and at 15 meters you will find the swimming pool of 8x4 meters. The swimming pool enjoys complete privacy! Our guests' favorite place is our outdoor bar. THE place to relax, be together and enjoy the holiday.
Casas DeMi is located at an altitude of 800 meters, which keeps the nights nice and cool in the summer. For this, only the upper floors have air conditioning.
Casas DeMi is located between Velez Rubio (5 min) and Velez Blanco (8 min) and can be reached via a short sand/cement road of 350 meters.
