Casa Ladera is a luxurious holiday villa located between Canillas de Aceituno, Alcaucín and Viñuela, about 55 minutes drive from Málaga airport and only 20 minutes from the beach. The villa can accommodate (8) 6 people, with the possibility to accommodate 2 extra guests free of charge on a full sofa bed in the living room. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy.

LuxuryThe villa has been recently renovated and finished to a high standard, with a spacious and bright open plan living concept that exudes a luxurious and Ibiza-like atmosphere. The location is idyllic, with beautiful views of the mountain landscape of the Sierra Tejeda and Lake Viñuela. An enclosed garden room at the front of the villa makes it possible to enjoy these views and breathtaking sunsets all year round.

EnjoyOutside you will find a large private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. For active guests, facilities such as table tennis, bocce and darts are available. In addition, there is a barbecue and there are plenty of sun loungers and a covered terrace for alfresco dining or relaxing. The surrounding area offers numerous recreational opportunities, including hiking, cycling, kayaking, padel, golfing and horse riding. In addition, you can enjoy the delicious Spanish cuisine in the nearby villages.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Booking fee and deposit:

30% upon booking and 70% no later than 8 weeks before arrival.
100% if the arrival date is within 8 weeks.
The deposit of €300 must also be paid with the last payment.
After the stay, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account number with which it was paid within 5 days after checking.
Any additional consumption of electricity is calculated at €0.30 per kWh.

Cancellation:

More than 8 weeks before the arrival date: 30% of the total amount.
Within 8 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total amount.
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
