Casa Rustica

Casa Rustica is located on the flank of the Cerillo Colorado near the white village of Canillas de Aceituno. An ideal place with privacy to relax and fully enjoy the silence and the endless views, including the breathtaking sunsets. It is a great base to explore the beautiful interior and coast of Andalusia and visit cities such as Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Seville.

The house contains a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, an open kitchen with small pantry, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are mosquito windows in both the living room and the bedrooms and there is air conditioning that can also serve as heating in winter. There is WIFI available.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and blender. All necessities for 6 people are available.

The living space consists of a cozy sitting area with television (TV Vlaanderen) and wood stove. The dining area has a table with 6 chairs.

There are double beds in 2 bedrooms (160x200 and 180x200) and they have an adjacent bathroom, each with a shower, toilet and sink. The third bedroom has 2 single beds (90x200) and a separate bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

If desired, a cot and high chair can be provided

The outdoor area is completely fenced and the grounds have an area of 2600m2 with a swimming pool of 8x4m. The house has 2 shady terraces from which you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains including the Maroma, villages such as Comares and Los Romanes, but also the white village of Canillas de Aceituno, which is located 3 km from our house, Lake Viñuela. and the sea behind the hilly landscape.
The terraces have outdoor tables with benches and chairs.

The swimming pool provides wonderful cooling, which is sometimes very welcome here as the Axarquia has a microclimate. Sun loungers and chairs allow you to relax wonderfully.

The parking within the fence provides space for 2 cars.
