Casa Rustica is located on the flank of the Cerillo Colorado near the white village of Canillas de Aceituno. An ideal place with privacy to relax and fully enjoy the silence and the infinite views, including the breathtaking sunsets. It is a great base to explore the beautiful interior and coast of Andalusia and visit cities such as Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Seville.

The house contains a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, an open kitchen with small pantry, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Both in the living room and in the bedrooms there are mosquito windows and air conditioning that can also serve as heating in winter. There is WIFI available.

The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and mixer. All necessities for 6 people are available.

The living room consists of a cozy sitting area with television (TV Vlaanderen) and wood stove. In the dining area there is a table with 6 chairs.

In 2 bedrooms there are double beds (160x200 and 180X200) and they have an adjoining bathroom, each with shower, toilet and sink. In the third bedroom there are 2 single beds (90x200) and there is a separate bathroom with bath, toilet and sink.

The outdoor area is fully fenced and the land has an area of 2600m2 with an 8x4m swimming pool. Attached to the house are 2 shaded terraces from where you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains including the Maroma, villages such as Comares and Los Romanes, but also the white village of Canillas de Aceituno which is located 3 km from our house, Lake Viñuela and the sea behind the hilly landscape.
On the terraces there are outdoor tables with benches and chairs.

The swimming pool provides a blissful cooling, which is sometimes very welcome here as the Axarquia has a microclimate. Sun loungers and chairs allow you to relax.

The parking lot within the fence provides space for 2 cars.

In 2014 we, Ludovic and Annelies, were able to make this dream house in Andalusia our home.
Since then: children and grandchildren who never get tired of the refreshing swimming pool, enjoy tapas and a drink with the endless view of the sun setting over the mountains, visit cafes and restaurants in the picturesque Canillas de Aceituno or in one of the surrounding villages. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You have 25 kWh/day for energy consumption . Additional consumption will be deducted from the deposit.
Water consumption is included.
The final cleaning costs are €175 and are paid at the time of booking.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord charges the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge

cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price

cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
informs that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he remains liable for the full rental price.
