A wonderful holiday home, a 'home away from home' located in a piece of authentic Spain. With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can accommodate up to 5 people. There is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen, a patio and a nice living room with a beautiful view of the Sierra Tejeda y Almijara nature park at the back. The icing on the cake are the two spacious roof terraces, from here you have a view of both the white village of Sedella and the nature park behind it, where the mountain La Maroma (2069 m) towers majestically above ... the view is a living painting with a first-rate sunset.

The honesty area: this casa is not for everyone, it is an hour's drive from Malaga, the last part is into the mountains. In addition, you must be able to walk and the house is not suitable for small children. The village of Sedella is somewhat remote, but that is also its charm ... Are you looking for an unspoilt place to walk, write or paint, work or just relax, in short, enjoy the authentic Spanish life, then Casa Cubista is the perfect place. Hideaway for you!

For years we have been dreaming of our own Hideaway… a nice place under the sun where we can stay a little longer, work remotely and ultimately relax. And so a few years ago we bought a spacious village house an hour's drive from Malaga, located in an authentic white mountain village in the Axarquia, Andalusia. Now that everything is ready and we have regularly enjoyed our house ourselves, it is high time to share it with like-minded people. Esther owns Local Hideaways.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices:
110 euros for two people per night (min. 5 nights); 120 euros for three people per night (min. 5 nights); 130 euros for four people (min. 5 nights), 140 euros for five people per night (min. 5 nights).

Included:
Bed and bath linen. Beach towels. Use washing machine.

Cancellation:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. 25% payment if cancelled between 14-7 days before arrival. 50% payment if cancelled between 7-0 days before arrival. Cancellation on day of arrival or 'no show' 100% payment.

Additional costs:
100 euros mandatory final cleaning costs

Deposit:
250 euros, after inspection and if it turns out that there is no damage to the house, it will be refunded to the tenant.

The Spanish white mountain village of Sedella is an hour's drive from Malaga in the Axarquia - Andalusia. Far away from the hustle and bustle, a place where time seems to stand still and the villagers generally do not speak English. Surrounded by a beautiful nature reserve, numerous white villages with narrow streets and half an hour from the coast.

Half an hour's drive from Casa Cubista and you're on the coast. Here you will find, for example, the authentic seaside resort of Torre del Mar with a variety of nice beach bars. But there are many more nice seaside resorts, we like to share our 'insider tips'.

Malaga is an hour's drive from Casa Cubista. Perfect for a day of 'city trip'. But also Granada, Cordoba and Seville are not very far from Casa Cubista. We are happy to share our tips!
