Our stunning penthouse Casa Duque is located in Sol Andalusi, a beautiful resort with lush swimming pools, children's playgrounds, beautiful gardens, tennis and football courts, and even padel courts. There is also an on-site restaurant and a cozy bar, making the park itself a destination in itself. 
Malaga is only 16 km away, the beaches about 12 km and Marbella 30 km. There is an excellent bus service to all nearby places.

Our penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private bathroom, and an extra bathroom and guest toilet. The entire resort and our apartment is wheelchair friendly. You have the luxury of 3 private parking spaces and a generous terrace of 90 m2, which is kissed all day long.
The elevator stops with a key directly in the hall of our apartment, giving you your own private elevator. With 24-hour security and a doctor on site at the park, you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from an American fridge, washing machine etc etc  to air conditioning and underfloor heating. The penthouse is an oasis of peace, but also ideal for disabled people.

The terrace stretches the entire length of the apartment and offers the most beautiful view you could wish for.
Almost all rooms have an exit to the terrace which is fully equipped with a lounge set, luxury dining set and sunbeds and which is also only 20 meters from the wheelchair accessible 48 meter long saltwater swimming pool which you also have a view. We would like to welcome you to this luxury apartment with wi-fi and all TV channels and near the Lago golf course and the largest Buddhist temple in Europe for the spiritual peace seeker.

The town of Alhaurin de la Torre, as well as Alhaurin el Grande are wonderful typical Spanish towns in a beautiful area with delicious restaurants and everything that makes Spanish life so attractive to the enthusiast. Although we are located close to the Spanish beaches (15 minutes by car) our apartment is not the ultimate location for a typical beach holiday with all the hustle and bustle on the coast, but as a base for the discovery of beautiful Andalusia you could not be better, it is also an oasis of peace with all the luxuries of home.

The Sol Andalusi park offers you padel and tennis baths, football and basketball court. Children's playground, bocce, a top off the bill gym (to be paid separately), a doctor, a beach bar and restaurant and 24 hour security and a bus stop next to the park.

The crowning glory of the park are the 2 great swimming pools, 1 saltwater pool 48 meters long and a freshwater pool with island next to the so-called beach bar and the beautiful lake.
Of course we have air conditioning and even underfloor heating, but unfortunately we have to charge a little extra for the air conditioning in case of excessive behavior, but not in normal use. Excessive behavior is on all day and all windows and so open and never turn it off. You know what we mean.
