The detached house offers plenty of privacy and is located in the middle of the green hills and overgrown rocks, only 400 m walk from the beautiful beach "Praia da Gralha", and only 800 m from the promenade and bay of São Martinho do Porto. Ideally located! São Martinho is a cozy and bustling seaside resort, where there is plenty to do. But there are also plenty of fun trips to make in the area! The town is located in the cultural heart of Portugal (think of the medieval Obidos, the monasteries of Alcobaça, Tomar and Batalha, castle of Leiria, etc.), close to nice fishing villages such as Nazaré and Peniche, near the mountains/natural park Serras de Aire and Candeeiros, and of course you can make trips to Lisbon or the pilgrimage site of Fátima. Or just enjoy all the natural beauty and take beautiful walks. In short, nature, culture and beach lovers alike will certainly get their money's worth.
The house is not suitable for people with disabilities and young children because of several stairs and balustrades around the house.
