This modern apartment from 2018 is located directly behind the old city wall of Sitio da Nazaré, this is the old part of Nazaré.Nazaré is an authentic fishing village on the beautiful Costa da Prata (Silver Coast) and is located 120 km above Lisbon and 215 km below Porto .
It is quiet but centrally located, beach, lighthouse, church, terraces, restaurants, bakery and shops are within walking distance. The Lidl, Aldi and Continente can be found at 1300 meters.

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a closed condominium, has a large private roof terrace, spacious balcony with 2 sunbeds and a spacious dining table, communal swimming pool, garden and tennis court.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms , each with its own toilet, one bathroom with a bath and one with a shower cabin.
The apartment is suitable for 4 people , a 5th sleeping place (guest mattress, suitable for children up to 12 years or a baby bed) can be booked.

From the swimming pool, roof terrace, balcony and living room/kitchen you have a breathtaking view of the ocean and Praia do Norte.
On the roof there is a private roof terrace with a picnic table where you can enjoy the sun and the view from morning to evening.
The car can be parked in the closed parking garage, which can be reached by elevator or stairs.

The fortress with the O Farol lighthouse, the Miradouro do Suberco viewpoint, Igreja de Nossa Sehora da Nazaré and Praia do Norte , famous for its spectacular high waves in winter, can be reached on foot.
A busier beach on the pleasant boulevard can be reached within a few minutes by taking the cable car (ascencor) in the lower part of Nazaré.

The Costa da Prata has a good mix to enjoy the sea, beach, culture and nature.
There are nice excursions in the nearby area, such as the medieval city of Óbidos (30 minutes), the monastery of Alcobaca (20 minutes), the pilgrimage site of Fátima (45 minutes), Batalha (30 minutes), Peniche (30 minutes) and the Berlenga islands. (by boat from Peniche), Tomar (60 minutes), but also Coimbra (115 km), Lisbon (120 km) and Porto (215 km) are also possible.

There is also a lot to do for sporty holidaymakers: walking, surfing, cycling, golfing...
The apartment is easily accessible from Lisbon airport by rental car (easy to explore the area) and by public transport (Rede Expressos).
