Our modern house (built in 2007) in typical Portuguese style, is located on the outskirts of the village of Alfeiserao and 3 km from Sao Martinho do Porto. Within walking distance of restaurants, supermarket, bakery, bank,...
The house is located in a small condominium with 5 houses. You get access through an automatic gate. This way you can park your car safely just in front of the house.

The house has central heating based on a heat pump. The built-in fireplace (on wood) gives a cozier warmth. In the winter period we actually prefer to use the built-in fireplace rather than the central heating.
There are 3 terraces: 1 covered at the front (ideal location to enjoy the morning sun and having breakfast), 1 covered at the back and a spacious terrace in front of and around the pool.
This semi-detached house is located 3 km from the beautiful sandy beaches of São Martinho do Porto. At about 10 min. from Nazaré and about 10 min. by Foz do Arelho.
The central location is ideal for visiting sights a little further away.
Lisbon Airport is close by and is a 1-hour drive away.
