After the entrance gate you are immediately in the garden and you see the robust table made of Portuguese marble.

Our property was built in 2007 in typical Portuguese style.

The spacious (5 x 10 meters) heated private swimming pool. To make the most of the pool, it is heated from May to October. Enjoy in peace and privacy.

One of the many beautiful beaches of the Silver Coast. This beach is about 5 km from our house.
The beautiful wooden footpaths make even difficult-to-access places easily accessible.
The beaches consist of different types of sand. From very fine, beautiful white sand beaches to beaches with a slightly coarser grain of sand
You can take very nice walks in the area in beautiful surroundings.
The fishing village of Sao Martinho do Porto is 3 km from the house.
This is also Sao Martinho do Porto. It is very safe to go into the sea with the children here. Pleasantly warm water, gently gliding. Very fine white sandy beach.

Villa Caldara at night, bathed in soft and atmospheric light. The villa has large glass doors and windows, creating a seamless connection between the indoor and outdoor living space.
