A very comfortable house in a unique location near the Atlantic Ocean. The beautiful unspoilt beach of Salgado is only 2 minutes by car and can also be reached with a nice walk through the hills. The house is located in the village of Venda Nova between the charming villages of Nazaré and São Martinho do Porto. Outside you can enjoy a large garden with plenty of privacy and a large swimming pool, covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and hot/cold running water, spacious veranda with outdoor fireplace, outbuildings with separate bathroom (shower and toilet) and laundry room (washing machine and dryer). The house itself is equipped with every possible comfort and luxury and is furnished with great care

House layout:
Ground floor: Spacious hall with stairs to the 1st floor, separate toilet, stairs to the basement and passage to the living/dining room. Spacious living/dining room with fireplace and sliding doors to garden. Large kitchen with all appliances. Large bedroom of approximately 25 m² with a double bed, wardrobe, sliding doors to garden and private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the ground floor is for private use and is not part of the rented property.

Basement: Spacious bedroom of approximately 17 m² with a double bed and separate washbasin.

1st floor: Large living room with fireplace, work area and balcony. Spacious bedroom of approximately 17 m² with wardrobe. Separate bathroom with toilet and shower.

We are Robert and Antoinet van Deelen and we live in Boskoop. We have been the owners of this fantastic house since 2021 and have made it completely to our liking before renting out. Before this, we owned the Bela Baia house in Vale Furado, which we have enjoyed using and renting out for 7 years.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices do not include cleaning costs

The deposit is Euro 200 and will be refunded within 7 days after confirmation from the local manager.

The 1st instalment is 50% and the second instalment of 50% is due 60 days prior to the booked period.

In case of cancellation 60 days or more before arrival, the rent already paid will be refunded with deduction of administration costs of 5% of the total rent with a minimum of Euro 50,-. In case of cancellation between 60 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be refunded after deduction of administration costs of 5% of the total rent with a minimum of Euro 50,-. If cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date, no refund will be made.
