Quinta Japonesa is a vacation spot on 3600m2 in a beautiful and quiet valley with heated pool and a large zen garden.

Holiday apartment Lucia Lima is ideal for 2 to 5 people. For larger groups, there is a connecting door to the adjacent apartment to make it a whole house for even 11 people. There is a private terrace and lawn, with views over the green valley. The garden surrounding the building has many fruit trees and a pine forest. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 1st floor. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, an open kitchen with breakfast bar and a large dining table.

You can enjoy the cosiness of our lower grounds with the heated swimming pool and various play areas for children and adults. Such as the play tent, which includes ping pong and table football, a playing field with goals, a basketball court, a tree house, a heated swimming pool and a Japanese garden. A wonderful massage or surf lessons are two examples of services/activities that can be booked with us. Located 500 metres from the main grounds, this property offers plenty of privacy. There are 4 accommodations (2 apartments and 2 safari tents) on the main site and another 3 (2 holiday homes and a safari tent) on the upper area at the top of the hill. Each accommodation has its own entrance and private parking. Quinta Japonesa is centrally located on the Costa de Prata. Lisbon and Coimbra can be reached in 1 hour and 15 minutes. And in between, there are fantastic sights to visit. The beach is also only a 20-minute drive from Quinta Japonesa. And what do you think of the delicious restaurants in the area? In short, a holiday home that everyone from young to old enjoys.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE*
WIFI, heated swimming pool (300m away from the house on the main ground below), parking, towels (change of towels will take place mid-week.) bed linen, kitchen linen, bed making.

* For long stays (longer than one month) different conditions apply.

PAYMENT
We ask for a deposit of 50% of the total sum with a minimum of 100 euros to be paid within 1 week after the booking to finalize the booking.
The remaining amount can be transferred up to 2 months before the stay.

CANCELLATION
When cancelling the booking, the costs up to 60 days before the stay are 35 euros, being the reservation costs. If you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the stay, the costs are 25% of the rental costs.
In case of cancellation between 30 and 20 days before the stay, the costs are 50% of the rental costs.
If you cancel between 20 and 10 days before the stay, the costs are 75% of the rental costs.
If canceled within 10 days before the stay, the costs are 100% of the rental costs.
