This apartment is located on the 6th floor and therefore has a panoramic view towards the sea and the hills. It is conveniently located in Vilamoura, close to amenities and the beach. The apartment has a swimming pool, children's pool, underground parking and a lift. The apartment has a spacious living room with sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed, dining room table with 6 chairs and a west-facing balcony with plenty of room to sit outside. Adjacent to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast corner. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and there is also a separate guest toilet. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and access to the balcony. The rental price also includes the use of air conditioning and wifi.

Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.
