The property consists of an entrance leading to the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. To the right of the entrance is the living room and a dining area and a landing from the living room provides access to the bathroom with walk-in shower and two bedrooms. There is air-conditioning in the living room and the two bedrooms.
Around the house there is plenty of space to sit, in the shade or in the sun, there is also a BBQ behind the house, space for a small above-ground swimming pool and plenty of places to enjoy the sun. There is plenty of space to park the car next to the house. The house has a central location and trips are easy to make. Pets are also welcome.

We have been living in Portugal with our family for almost 10 years now and I have been a real estate agent in the Eastern Algarve since 2015. We have been managing this house for a long time and we renovated the kitchen and bathroom a few years ago. Double glazing was installed last year and air conditioning will soon be installed here. An improvement every time!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes wifi and air conditioning.

Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.

must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the landlord.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rent
indebted; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the
start date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
