This corner house is located in a quiet and green residential area in Vilamoura, close to amenities, the famous Marina and the beach. All kinds of fun things to do, such as Aquashow, Zoomarine, large shoppings, Ria Formosa Natural Park and cultural small towns are easily accessible.

The villa has private swimming pool located in the garden surrounding the house, a spacious terrace with barbecue and lawn. There is plenty of parking space at the house. The house has an entrance, spacious living room and dining room, toilet, adjoining fully fitted kitchen and pantry/laundry room. A staircase from the entrance hall leads up to the first floor landing, consisting of three bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom which also has extra beds as the bedroom is large. The other two bedrooms have shared bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned and the bedrooms have wardrobes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price includes use of air conditioning and wifi.

Cancellation policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the landlord immediately . A telephone notification of this
must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will remain 30% of the rent
indebted; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period 50%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will still owe the full rent.
