This apartment is located on the 6th floor and therefore has a panoramic view towards the sea and the hills. It is conveniently located in Vilamoura, close to amenities and the beach. The apartment has a swimming pool, children's pool, underground parking and a lift. The apartment has a spacious living room with sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed, dining room table with 6 chairs and a west-facing balcony with plenty of room to sit outside. Adjacent to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a breakfast corner. The bathroom has a large shower, sink, toilet and there is also a separate guest toilet. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes and access to the balcony. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom.

I have been living in Portugal with our family since 2014 and I am a real estate agent (sales and rental). This house belongs to a Portuguese lady who lives in France. We rent this apartment for her. We are always easy to reach and also if something is missing, we are happy to help.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental price also includes the use of air conditioning and wifi.

Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.
