This ground floor apartment is located in the heart of Tavira, just a few steps from the river and the Roman bridge, as well as restaurants and the boat to the beautiful island of Tavira. The apartment has an area of approximately 56 m2 and also has its own patio/terrace.

Tavira is a small town on the Algarve coast of Portugal. It is located on the Gilão River, which reaches the sea through the coves and lagoons of the Ria Formosa Natural Park. The island of Tavira has a long sandy beach and salt pans that attract flamingos, spoonbills and other wading birds. Tavira's medieval castle in the center offers views of the town. Santa María do Castelo Church houses the tombs of 7 knights killed by the Moors.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The towels and bed linen are included in the price.
The rental price also includes the use of air conditioning and WiFi.

Cancellation conditions:
If the tenant, for whatever reason, returns the rented property at the agreed
cannot, will not or will not accept this date, he must inform the lessor of this
to be notified immediately. A telephone notification of this
must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks
before the start date of the rental period, he remains 30% of the rental price
owed; if canceled up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the
starting date of the rental period 50%.
If the tenant only on the start date or during the rental period
announces that it will not use the rented property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
