The villa features four comfortable bedrooms, bright living areas and two bathrooms. The kitchen with dining area and the lounge room are very spacious. The annex can be booked separately and offers a 5th bedroom with its own kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet and a private terrace to retreat to.
Outside you will find a lovely swimming pool with outdoor shower and a spacious covered terrace, ideal for dining al fresco, relaxing in the shade or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings. With over 10,000 m² of land, there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors and nature.
