Nice to snooze in the morning with a cup of coffee or tea and enjoy the garden and swimming pool.

Upon entering MontAlegre, the hall en entrée with office and small library.
The 2nd sitting room, as well as the winter room with wood stove and to the right a door to the bathroom with large shower and washing machine. From here you walk through to the living-dining room with open plan kitchen.
The fantastic bright and cozy living room with sitting area, a comfortable corner sofa with TV and a view of the garden everywhere.
Back at the hall and entrance with desk and on the right you go down a few steps to the bedroom on the ground floor.

Helder has a covered porch. In the morning in the sun, in the afternoon the veranda offers shade. The spacious terrace below and the terrace on the side have sun all day.
From the N270 at Santa Catarina a dirt road leads 500 meters into the hills to Villa Helder. A house surrounded by nature, with no immediate neighbors. Privacy and tranquility.
The living room has space for five guests and is comfortably furnished for both the summer and winter months. From the living room you look at the veranda and the hills.

Second bedroom. The room has patio doors to the terrace at the side of the house.
The third bedroom is a stand-alone unit and has its own entrance and own bathroom. Two single beds, can also be used as double bed.
Because Helder is a bit higher up, you have beautiful views of the hills and the sea.
You can park the car right next to the house or on the path to the lounge area, as shown here in the picture.
