Casa Finn, together with Casa Rozemarijn (also for rent), forms a two-under-one-roof villa: 2 identical houses for 6 people each. (From the road is Casa Finn on the right) In spring 2017 this villa has been completed and equipped with all comforts. From the villa you have 180 degree views over an authentic small village and the surrounding hills. At the front is a beautiful nature area with olives, pine trees, cork oaks and eucalyptus.

In the summer months July and August, Casa Finn and Casa Rozemarijn are NOT rented. In the specified period, the villa will only be rented out in its entirety.

Outside the summer season Casa Finn and Casa Rozemarijn are offered together for a reduced rate from 2 persons and therefore also very suitable for couples who want to overwinter. You can use the pool together if the weather permits. Furthermore, in terms of privacy you will not suffer from each other because the houses are next to each other and completely out of sight of each other.

The living room of Casa Rozemarijn is spacious with an open kitchen. The living room has doors to the south terrace with panoramic views over the lower pool, the hills and the village. The terrace for the living room is 45 m2 and is separated from Casa Finn by a wall. On the terrace is a dining table with chairs and a barbecue. There are 3 comfortable bedrooms; 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. Casa Rozemarijn has 3 luxurious bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning with cooling and heating.

The lower swimming pool is accessible via an outdoor stone staircase. It is 10 x 5 x 2m ascending and has a very spacious terrace that is partially covered by a pergola, for the necessary shade. Here is a wooden table where you can also eat outside. This terrace is separated from Casa Finn by a thick curtain. There are more than enough sunbeds.

Surroundings Casa Rozemarijn 

This luxury holiday home is situated above an Algarvian village with a church, a sheep herd and 3 cafes. Directly in front of the house begins a vast nature reserve with a river where you can walk, mountain bike or horseback. Mountain bikes can be rented and delivered to the house. There is a riding school in the village and nearby is a park with picnic spots that is popular with Portuguese families in the summer.

Although the house seems to lie in the middle of nature, it is central and is easily accessible from the road. From the airport of Faro it is only 20 minutes drive and several beaches can be reached within half an hour. At 5 minutes drive São Bras de Alportel has 4 large supermarkets and a covered food market on Saturday. There is a wide choice of restaurants in the area. Loulé is a fifteen minute drive and is popular with its monumental market and cozy streets. The beaches of the beautiful Ria Formosa and the famous coastal towns of Tavira, Olhão and Faro are within a half hour drive. From here you can take the boat to one of the islands off the coast. Because of its central location you are only half an hour away from the chic Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. North you drive through a beautiful hilly landscape within an hour to the famous wineries of the Alentejo.

Of the many tourists who visit the Algarve in high season, you will not notice much in Villa Branca, but if you want you are within half an hour in the bustle.

Layout

Entrance through hall: access to all three bedrooms with air conditioning. 1 bedroom on the north with two single beds and 2 south facing with 2 single beds and sliding doors to the balcony. The northern and a southern bedroom share a bathroom with toilet. One bedroom has bathroom en-suite with toilet. Through the entrance hall you can go down the stairs. Here you enter another hall in the spacious living room with air conditioning, dining area and open kitchen. Here is access to the large south terrace. On this floor there is also a third bathroom with toilet and the laundry room.
