The villa is located on 1 ha of private land, has air conditioning, a large living room with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and several terraces. The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, oven/microwave combination and various electrical kitchen appliances.

Travel: Faro Airport is 20 minutes away, taxi fare EUR 20. You do not hear or see the planes due to the location (planes arrive and depart by sea). There are several terraces around the villa and a large swimming pool (12 x 6) with sun beds and lots of privacy. There is unlimited free WiFi. Cots and chairs are available.

Information for rental in June to September. The villa can be occupied by a maximum of 10 people. Pets are not allowed. The villa can be rented from June to September on a night/day rate basis. The rental price can be requested from the landlord. We charge deposit, check-in and check-out times are flexible.

No extra costs will be charged for use of washing machine, water, linen, towels, beach towels and final cleaning. All basic ingredients for cooking can be used and there are large bottles of drinking water. The villa has a 5-person Jeep Wrangler, which can be used for a fee, a Kamado Joe brand barbecue and a built-in BBQ.

There is a Dutch-speaking property manager who helps you check in and out and can always be called on for help. If you want to visit the beach, you can drive to the seaside town of Fuseta in 10 minutes. The beautiful islands and beaches at Faro are also 10 minutes away, Albufeira 25 minutes, golf courses 20 minutes away (Quinta do Lago).

We are Desiree and Andre from the Netherlands. We have taken over the villa in the Algarve from Dutch owners since March 2023, including gardener, cleaners, pool maintenance and super friendly property manager (Dutch) who will receive you and show you around. Have fun!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by email to the lessor. If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will still owe 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks up to the start date of the rental period 50%.
