The apartment is located in Cabanas de Tavira close to the waterfront, restaurants, bars and the boat to the beach of Cabanas de Tavira Island. The building is brand new with swimming pool, gym and underground parking for one car. This new apartment with shared pool is located on the first floor and has an elevator. The apartment has an entrance leading to the living room with open fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob and extractor. From the living room you have access to the balcony with a pleasant view of the garden. There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, access to the balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The other bedroom has two single beds and fitted wardrobes and uses the shared shower room. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and living room and fiber optic internet is installed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy:
If, for whatever reason, the tenant has rented the leased property on the agreed
date, he must inform the landlord of this date.
