View of backyard and pool and stairs to roof terrace. A place to enjoy with privacy from the other houses. Undisturbed pleasure on your own terrace. The pool is spacious and is illuminated in the evening. The garden is on the outside surrounded by pine trees and oleander.
Front view of the house. There is no traffic passing the house. No continuous road and plenty of room in front of the house for parking.

The villa meets the strictest requirements of hygiene and disinfection. Teams are trained to avoid risks.
The living room is comfortable and decorated in the sea colors. Sliding doors to the terrace, lots of light and fully equipped. From the living room you can go to an open kitchen with all the necessary built-in appliances. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven/microwave, refrigerator and freezer etc.
There is an open kitchen that can be reached from the living room. All equipment available.
Master bedroom, patio doors to roof terrace, right next to bathroom. A spacious room, cool, large built-in wardrobe. The lighting is attractive in all bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped; washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven-microwave etc
Downstairs bathroom next to the downstairs bedroom which is downstairs, including walk-in shower.

At this swimming pool, the Atlantic Pool, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a light lunch at noon. Thatched umbrellas and sunbeds are available which can be hired for a small daily fee.
Central (guarded) pool at Prainha's resort where our house is located. 5 minutes walk from the house you will find this beautiful pool built on the rocks. Delicious sunbathing areas and a wonderful view of the rocks and the sea to Alvor and Lagos.

The entrance looks attractive with lots of flowers, with a typical stone path to the front door. Around the house there is oleander and greenery that gives atmosphere to the house. Water Sprinklers automatically keep the environment and the garden green.
Roof terrace with sea views. Nice to sit in the shade in the afternoon in peace. The terrace and stairs have beautiful modern tiles.
Beautiful view from the Resort Prainha on the rocky coast and the small beaches. 5 minutes walk from our house.
Canico restaurant, within walking distance of the resort, accessible via the beach, but also through the rocks with a small elevator. A wonderful place for a restaurant, surrounded by rocks and wonderful for dinner or lunch. Nice view on all the rocks in the sea and the beach.

5 minutes away from our house is restaurant Canico, rocks with access by elevator or the beach is nearby. A beautiful view of the sea and the rocks, an intimate beach.
