Beautiful large simple renovated villa (8-10 people) in the Algarve for rent between Alvor/Portimao and Lagos in the authentic town of Mexilhoeira Grande. Capacity for several families, as the villa has two additional apartments with their own front door, which are attached to the main house. This allows several families to stay at the same time, without losing privacy. This property is only rented in its entirety and is specially priced low for 2024, because the house and its own pool have just been completely renovated, but the huge garden is not yet completely finished (not disturbing).

Beach and large cities such as Lagos and Portimao are less than a 10-minute drive away, supermarket is 5 minutes away. Fantastic private brand new swimming pool of 6 x 12 meters! Prices between 1360,- and 2.750,- per week.

When we have finished working in 5 to 10 years, we want to live there ourselves permanently, but for the first few years we want to rent out our newly renovated villa to nice families. Lots of privacy, yet close to the sea and major cities, a beautiful private swimming pool of over 6 x 12 meters and help when you need it, because my father and mother live within cycling distance. Villa Rio a Vista faces the Alvor estuary, hence the name. We never want to leave!

The huge beach of Meia Praia is a 5 to 10 minute drive away. Even in the middle of summer there is still more than enough space here to sunbathe with your family and exercise on the beach! Moreover, there are 2 very nice restaurants right on the beach.

The beautiful town of Lagos is less than a 10 minute drive from our villa. In Lagos you can enjoy shopping, eating and going out!

The beautiful old fishing village of Alvor is a 10 minute drive from our villa. Alvor is not yet too touristy, but it does have sufficient facilities for a delicious meal and walks. In Alvor you can still feel the real old Portugal.
