The bright living room is carefully decorated in a warm, retro atmosphere, with a comfortable sitting area, a sofa bed, a 55-inch TV with audio system (streaming, AirPlay, Spotify) and a bookcase with board games. You enter the spacious kitchen: fully equipped with oven, stove, large fridge and dishwasher, and with its own dining area. From the kitchen you can step outside to the garden with lounge chairs - great for breakfast in the morning sun or a drink after the beach.
At the very top you will find a wonderful place: a cozy work/reading corner with desk and a daybed, with access to an attractive terrace with bistro table and a wide view over the rooftops of Ferragudo and the rolling hinterland - with fast fiber optic internet ideal for those who want to work (from home) for a few days, or just for a drink at sunset. The spacious bedroom has a hotel-quality double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a marble-topped dressing table and a private balcony with stunning views over the village and hills.
The house has two bathrooms: a stylish master bathroom with walk-in shower (beautiful Portuguese tiles), bidet and sink, plus a second bathroom with shower off the living room.
Thanks to the thick walls, it stays nice and cool inside - a nice place to cool off after a day at the beach or village.
