The garden is wonderfully sheltered and there are several terraces to relax or enjoy a meal together.
The tastefully decorated living room is wonderfully sunny and has French doors to the terrace.
Eating together at the cozy table that seats 6 people.
The fully equipped kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. In the utility room are the washing machine and dryer.
From the dining area you can look straight into the garden, sometimes deer are even visiting the garden!
The sunny living room overlooks the garden from three sides and is adjacent to the modern and fully equipped kitchen.
The Schouws Duinhuis is furnished with great attention to detail. We have already received several compliments about the beautiful interior, nice!
The downstairs bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 by 200 meters), a closet with hanging and laying area and also a table with chair that can also be used as a workplace (excellent wifi available).
Luxurious bathroom with rain shower. On the first floor is a second toilet with washbasin.
Bedroom on the first floor for two people with lovely box springs (2x 80 by 200 cm). In this room a wardrobe and desk that can be used as a workplace (excellent WiFi available). In one of the cabinets you will find various board games!

In this room a cupboard with various (children's) books to read, for example outside in the garden.
Parking is possible on site, right next to the house. There is room for 2 cars, and there is extra parking for guests at the small-scale holiday park.

After a walk through forest and dunes, this is a nice destination.

Deer in the nature reserve adjacent to the house.
Deer very close to home.
In the morning we pass the Plompetoren, the only thing that remains of the lost village of Koudekerk.
We found spoonbills 10 minutes by bike.
The beautiful Delta Park Neeltje Jans is a 10-minute drive away.
A tough climbing park is a 10-minute walk away. Fun for sporty young and old. There are various routes from 5-6 years old.
