Here you can relax, stroll through the dunes and the forest. And of course get a breath of fresh air on the Zeeland beach! The house is in a beautiful spot, almost in the dunes with birdsong and sometimes the deer in the garden.
The comfortable house has a living space of about 80 m², is surrounded by a spacious, sheltered garden of 500 m² and is quietly located on a small private park, the Schouwse Duin in Burgh-Haamstede. The house was completely restyled in early 2021. Please note: the house is not suitable for pets!
Holiday home fully equipped
From the sunny living room you look out on three sides of the spacious garden. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is equipped with every comfort such as a combi oven, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room. Of course with TV and wifi.
There is ample parking on site.
The house has 3 bedrooms. On the ground floor the spacious master bedroom with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a luxurious bathroom with rain shower. On the first floor 2 bedrooms for 2 persons each with lovely box springs (2x 80 by 200 cm). Also on the first floor is an extra toilet with sink.
In the garden you can sit comfortably sheltered on one of the 2 terraces or simply on the large lawn. There are plenty of shade options. There are bicycles in the shed for our guests to use.
Nice trips and activities in the area
From the holiday home you can walk straight into the De Kop van Schouwen nature reserve. Since 1988 a National Natural Monument. This nature reserve consists of Meeuwenduinen and Zeepeduinen, beaches, grasslands, dune lakes and the Westerschouwen forestry. In short, a unique location.
You can reach one of the beautiful beaches of Zeeland in 10 minutes by bike.
The cozy towns of Renesse, Zierikzee and Middelburg can all be reached within 30 minutes by car. And the interesting cities of Antwerp and Rotterdam are an hour's drive away.
In addition, in the summer months there are many activities in the area such as fairs and markets. The climbing forest 'De Zeeuwse Helden' is just around the corner, as is the (mini) golf and bowling alley. And not to forget a nice bite to eat, grab a terrace or get ice cream, all within walking distance of the holiday home!
