Schouwseduin32 is a detached, private holiday home of 110 m² for up to 5 people on the outskirts of Burgh-Haamstede. The house is adjacent to the De Zeepeduinen nature reserve; Forest, dunes and beach are within walking distance.

You will have the whole house and the fully fenced garden of 550 m² to yourself, ideal for families and dog owners. Dogs are welcome in the house, and from 1 October to 30 April they can run free on the beach all day.

After a thorough renovation, the house has been completely redecorated. On the ground floor you will find a cozy living room with fireplace, a dining area for 6 people, a modern open kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher, a double bedroom, the bathroom with underfloor heating and a separate toilet. Upstairs are a second bedroom with double bed, a room with two single beds and a toilet with sink.

Free Wi-Fi, smart TV with international channels, washing machine and dryer are provided. Outside you have two terraces, a lounge set and a barbecue. You park on site for 2 cars. Bicycles are available in consultation.

Bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included. The house is personally rented out by the Weeda family; we are happy to help you with tips for Schouwen-Duiveland.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The rental prices do not include gas and electricity.
These costs will be deducted from the deposit.

The mandatory final cleaning and bed linen are included in the rental price.

On arrival, the beds have a clean bottom sheet and you will receive the bed linen.
You can use the bicycles in the shed.

It is possible to rent the following items:

- kitchen towel package
- Baby bed
