This cozy monumental fisherman's cottage is located in the center of Veere and offers all the comfort you need to relax for a few days or week and enjoy everything that Veere and Walcheren has to offer.
On the ground floor you will find a living/dining room with a lovely sofa to watch TV. There is a smart TV and also a Bose sound box, to which a sound carrier can be connected via a cable.
Furthermore, the cottage has a modern, open, well-equipped kitchen and there is a large dining table and 4 comfortable chairs. Then you will find a small bathroom with shower and toilet. The whole house has central heating.
There is a Nespresso, Senseo and normal filter coffee machine with a milk frother.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 2 box-spring beds and a double topper on top, the other room has 2 single beds and is open to the stairs. The view at the front is unobstructed, at the back you can see the Veerse Meer from the upper floor.
The deep garden has sun all day in the summer months. Enjoy the peace and quiet in your own place in bustling Veere.
Veere is in its entirety part of Monument Conservation, the atmosphere is optimal, at night it is quiet, according to good Zeeland custom. The only thing you will hear is the beautiful carillon which gives a concert at set times. You can enjoy panoramic views of the Veerse Meer and the sights in the town itself with its rich history.
In summary: a unique location, an extremely cozy cottage and all the possibilities for a fantastic stay!!
Please note: You can park your car for free about a 13-minute walk away, just outside Veere, at Veerseweg 26. Of course you can unload and unload at the cottage.
The cottage is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking.
