Cozy detached holiday bungalow on a spacious plot of approximately 500m2 for up to 6 people, a few minutes' walk from the Veerse Meer. Sailing, surfing, swimming and even water skiing! By bike you can easily reach the beach to enjoy the beautiful Zeeland coast. There is a nice playing field next to the house for the children to kick a ball or climb and clamber. Dog is welcome; enjoy a nice walk at the Veerse lake and the adjacent forest.

The bungalow has recently been refreshed; new kitchen, modernized sanitary facilities and neatly painted again.

The house has 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom with a double bed, a nice room for two people and a (children's) room with a bunk bed.

Living/dining room with access to a green garden. Open kitchen with combination oven/microwave and gas hob. Dishwasher and washing machine.

Bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. separate toilet.

Outside you can enjoy the green garden. Relax at the table with 6 patio chairs or on the lovely lounge corner sofa or the lazy patio chairs. Just turn on the BBQ.

Additional information

Reservation
The tenant can make a reservation in writing, by e-mail or by telephone. Upon availability and agreement on the conditions, the reservation will be confirmed by the landlord by e-mail together with a specified rental invoice.
The rental invoice states, among other things, the rental amount, additional costs (such as cleaning costs and taxes), a statement of the down payment (20% of the rental amount) and the deposit to be paid. The tenant must transfer the deposit of 20% of the rent to the landlord's account within 14 days of receiving the rental invoice. The remaining payment as stated on the rental invoice must be transferred to the landlord's account no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period.

The confirmation with the rental invoice and the conditions below together form the rental agreement. The reservation is binding after payment of the deposit.

Cancellation
Cancellations can only be made by the tenant in writing or by email up to 30 days before the start of the rental period. If you cancel within this period, the reservation will lapse, as will the tenant's obligation to make the remaining payment. Deposits already made will expire in favor of the lessor in the event of cancellation and will not be returned to the tenant.

If the tenant cancels less than 30 days in advance, the tenant remains obliged to pay the rental sum (excluding additional costs and the deposit).

Other conditions:
Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Treat the house, its contents and the environment with respect. Damage to the house and contents must be reported to the landlord immediately. The tenant is liable for damage to the holiday home including contents caused by himself and/or by his traveling companions or visitors. He is responsible for the house during the rental period and he undertakes to keep the house and the associated land neat and clean. It is recommended that you take out separate travel insurance in addition to your own third-party liability insurance.

The tenant is not permitted to accommodate more or other persons or animals in the holiday home without the prior written consent of the landlord.

The lessor is under no circumstances liable or responsible for any damage caused to all persons involved or to movable and immovable property.

The tenant undertakes to treat the house and its contents with due care in all situations.

Deposit
The deposit is €300. The deposit, minus any damage to furnishings or home, will be returned to the tenant within 14 days via the bank account used for payment of the rental invoice. If the keys are lost, an amount of €25 will be charged.

Pets
Keeping one pet is allowed. Please clean up your pet's feces on the property. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms or on sofas and chairs. It is not permitted to leave a pet alone in the house unattended, other than when you use a (closed) dog crate that you bring with you. The tenant is responsible for the pet and liable for any damage caused by the animal.

Cleaning
Mandatory final cleaning. Before departure, put everything back in its place if necessary, the dishwasher and BBQ are left behind and all household equipment and sanitary facilities used have been cleaned.
If these conditions are not adhered to, additional cleaning costs may be charged.

Waste
The tenant ensures that waste is separated in accordance with local regulations and removed to the appropriate waste/glass/paper container(s). Please return the property without leaving any waste behind upon departure. The costs for removing any waste left behind (including garbage, paper/packaging, glassware, empty bottles, etc.) will be deducted from the deposit.
