The detached beach villa with thatched roof and swimming pool is suitable for 8 people. The villa is located on approximately 650 m2 of land with parking for 2 cars, a spacious and secluded garden with swimming pool with outdoor shower, lounge set and several terraces. The swimming pool is 9 x 4 meters. The pool can be used in the period from mid-April to early October (depending on weather conditions). The sun-paneled deck heats the pool by means of sunlight. A large garden that offers plenty of space for privacy and freedom. The living room is fresh and modern and has a sitting area. There is a separate dining area and in the kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer, an oven and a dishwasher. 

There are 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. On both the ground floor and the first floor you will find a bathroom. There is also a separate toilet in the house. On the terrace there is garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa is only rented out to persons under the age of 25 in consultation.
