The detached beach villa with thatched roof and swimming pool is suitable for 8 people. The villa is located on approximately 650 m2 of land with parking for 2 cars, a spacious and secluded garden with swimming pool with outdoor shower, lounge set and various terraces. The pool is 9 x 4 meters. The pool can be used from April 15 to October 20 (depending on weather conditions). The solar panel deck helps to heat the pool by means of sunlight. A large garden that offers a lot of space for privacy and freedom. The living room is furnished in a fresh and modern way and has a sitting area. There is a separate dining area and the kitchen includes a fridge with freezer, oven and dishwasher.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with 2 single box-spring beds. There is a bathroom on both the ground floor and the first floor. There is also a separate toilet in the house. The terrace has garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. The villa is only rented out in consultation to persons under 25 years of age.
