Opposite the beautiful town of Veere near the Veerse Meer, the North Sea and the Oosterschelde is our beautiful barrier-free bungalow on a plot of 800m2. There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with a single bed.

Our garden offers a lot of privacy and plenty of opportunity to sunbathe and play. There is a large terrace and several places to find the sun or shade.

The house is accessible for a non-electric wheelchair and doable for a small manual wheelchair.

In 2016 we were lucky enough to fulfill a long cherished wish. A holiday home in Zeeland! We have been visiting De Ruiterplaat for more than 25 years and finally found our own place.

Age of main tenant at least 30 years.
When using the electric underfloor heating, the energy costs will be charged on subsequent calculation

Cancellation policy
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example).
The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant is not allowed to rent until the start date or during the rental period,
that it will not make any use of the leased property (anymore), remains
he owes the full rent.
