Beach, sea and beautiful dunes, but also the cozy village of Ouddorp within walking distance! Holiday home LumpSun is located right in between. The beach is only 1.2 km away, a large supermarket is 800 m away and 300 m further the center of Ouddorp. In addition, it is close to a protected nature reserve (1 km), where you can walk beautifully and your dog can run free all year round. A fantastic place to spend holidays and weekends, all year round. 

This tastefully decorated holiday home has recently been completely renovated into a residence where you are fully equipped and will immediately feel at home. The large enclosed garden offers a lot of privacy and both sun and shade at any time of the day. There is a private parking space next to the house. It is located on a quiet, small-scale holiday park. The park has a small playground, a large playing field and a table tennis table (beds are in the house). A maximum of 1 four-legged friend is also welcome after consultation.

Layout house: a large living room with wood stove with a ceramic parquet floor, a 3 seater and a 2.5 seater sofa and a cozy dining area with a large table (5 chairs). The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and milk frother. The house has 3 bedrooms: a spacious master bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.10 m) and a workplace. In the 2 rooms there are two single box-spring beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), in the 3 rooms a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m).

Bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, washbasin & toilet and a washing machine. The house is all on one level and equipped with WiFi, internet TV and is heated with central heating. The wood stove offers extra coziness in winter. Manuals can be found in the briefcase next to the sofa.

On the island of Goeree-Overflakkee you are surrounded by beaches, dunes and water: sea on one side and the Grevelingenmeer on the other. All water activities are offered: sailing, supping, kite/windsurfing, blo-karting, etc. The island also offers endless cycling opportunities, including the famous coastal route (a bike ride from Groningen to Vlissingen!).

Another good reason to stay in Ouddorp is the wide range of good and nice restaurants in the village and on the beaches. A number of beach bars are open daily throughout the year. A large playground ('de Flipjes') is nearby, there is a cinema in Brielle and Hellevoetsluis, and large swimming pools in Stellendam, Hellevoetsluis and Port Zélande.
