The house is surrounded by a secluded garden (approx. 300 sqm) with plenty of space to relax and a cozy terrace to chill out and barbecue.

On 85sqm there is a living-dining area and three bedrooms. Downstairs is a bedroom with a box spring bed (140x200) and a bedroom with a bunk bed for children (80x200). Upstairs is another bedroom with two single beds. (90x200)

The holiday park is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and families with children.
A heated pool is available free of charge in the park. There are also playgrounds, a football field, table tennis, tennis court (for a fee) and a playground. The Grevelinger Meer is within walking distance.
The North Sea beaches are about 20 minutes away by car. In the area there are museums, nature parks and bicycle rentals. The village of Middelharnis is 10 minutes away by car and invites you to shop extensively with many small boutiques. In the park, a Chinese restaurant offers sushi (also to take away). There is also a bowling alley there. You can also play darts or billiards there. In the harbour itself there is another restaurant and several snack bars.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Depending on the date of the written cancellation by the guest, the host will charge the following amounts:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the guest informs the host only at the beginning of the rental or during the rental period that he or she will not use the rental property (any longer), he remains liable to pay the full rental price.

Via the Haringvlietdamm you can reach Hellevoitsluis, Vlotbtrug and other small towns.
The shopping arcade "Struytse Hoeck" and the city of Vlotbrug is small, but nice and definitely worth a trip.
In the harbour you can eat in a variety of restaurants in a beautiful atmosphere.
Before that, you can chill outside at the Barbiertje. Inside, live music is played at a later hour.

The Five stars farm offers an indoor playground with a cozy café and a large outdoor area with a playground, children's vehicles and the opportunity to ride a guided pony on the farm.
