A beautiful house in the middle of the nature of Holten. Your own place in the forest, located in the De Borkeld nature reserve, close to the Sallandse Heuvelrug National Park with its vast heaths and the beautiful Holterberg.

The detached house (max. 6 people) has been furnished with great care and love and offers everything for a relaxing stay in every season.
The bright living room with large windows overlooks the greenery and has a cozy sitting area with tasteful furniture.
Adjacent you will find the dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge-freezer.

🌳 Outdoors
The large, green garden with terrace is fully fenced, ideal for families and dogs. Here you can enjoy the morning sun and the birds. For the children there is a playground with swings, slide and trampoline.
The immediate surroundings invite you to walk, cycle or just do nothing.
🐾 Dogs welcome
We are big animal lovers ourselves and know how nice it is to be able to take your dog with us. That is why dogs are very welcome. From the garden you can walk straight into the nature reserve and there are plenty of off-leash areas.

Holten's Heerlijkheid exudes warmth, tranquility and a touch of luxury. Think of comfortable beds with fresh linen, soft plaids, atmospheric lighting and natural materials.

Get fresh milk, yoghurt or ice cream at De Borkeldzuivel, stop by a roadside stall for fresh eggs, or visit the Holterberg Nature Museum to learn more about the flora and fauna of this unique area.
For horse lovers, Manege Snorrewind is nearby, where lessons and outdoor rides are also offered.
Fancy some cooling? Take a dip in the Twenhaarsveld outdoor swimming pool or visit De Scheg swimming paradise in Deventer.
