Come and enjoy Huize Beerze, on the edge of the vast forest area between Ommen and Mariënberg.

You will find our cozy holiday home in a beautiful location in Beerze, in the middle of nature. Huize Beerze is very private and has a beautifully landscaped forest garden. Enjoy the beautiful nature where you have all the privacy on an area of almost 700 M².

Due to its unique location, you walk straight into the forest where you can walk for hours in the "Beerzerzand" nature reserve and the Sahara Ommen forestry (approx. 6000 ha). An environment with beautiful nature with a varied character: forests, heathlands, sand drifts (Sahara) and forest fens. From a short circuit to an extensive walking route, it is possible directly from the house.

Beerze is a hamlet belonging to the municipality of Ommen (Overijssel). Beerze is located on the Vecht River, has approximately 200 inhabitants and is very characteristic because of the authentic Saxon hall farms. The wooded area, the beautiful nature and the farms together provide a real outdoor living feeling.

You can enjoy a variety of walks in the area around Huize Beerze. And with the Vechtdal walking network it is also made very easy for you. From junction to junction to a Long Distance Walk, such as the Pieterpad or the Vechtdalpad along the floodplains of the Vecht. Take the children through the forest or take a nice city walk with a view of the Vecht. One thing is certain, you will be face to face with the most beautiful animals, vast forests, castles and estates, river landscape and purple heather in season.

An asphalted cycle path runs along the access road to Huize Beerze. Beerze is therefore very suitable for beautiful cycling trips for young and old. The pleasant Mariënberg, Hardenberg, Ommen and Den Ham are easily accessible by bike.

So walking and cycling enthusiasts will certainly get their money's worth in this area!

The nearest NS train station can be found in nearby Mariënberg (1.8 km). The nearest supermarket is also located there (Telman). There are also supermarkets in Den Ham (COOP & Jumbo) (7.8 km). But of course Ommen (11 km) and Hardenberg (9.6 km) are also easily accessible and well equipped with facilities.

Pets are welcome, smoking is not allowed in the house.
