This modern beach villa is located in a wooded area on the water. A wonderful place to make memories. Enjoy peace and quiet and the beautiful view from the sauna.

The villa (130 m²) has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room. The maximum number of guests is 6 adults + 2 small children up to 3 years old.

The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge. You can use the two bicycles, the rowing boat and the canoe for free for a relaxing round of sailing on the lake.
There is fast internet available and an ambilight TV with Netflix, Videoland and HBO Max subscription for a cozy movie night.

The garden and the private beach are spacious. The beach will be provided with new, white sand in 2024. A picnic table and dining table with 8 chairs, sunbeds and relax chairs are available.

Children: There are two folding beds with mattresses, a high chair, a buggy and a removable changing mat. The children can play in the toy kitchen, with the duplo train and on the trampoline. A lockable gate has been placed to the beach.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
