This modern furnished beach villa is located on the water in a wooded area. A wonderful place to make memories. Enjoy peace and the beautiful view from the sauna.

The villa (130m2) has 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and a spacious living room. The maximum number of guests is 6 adults + 2 small children up to 3 years old.

The kitchen is equipped with a combi oven and dishwasher. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available free of charge. You can make free use of the two bicycles, the rowing boat and the canoe for a relaxing trip on the lake.
There is fast internet available and an ambilight TV with Netflix, Videoland and HBO Max subscription for a pleasant movie night.

The garden and the private beach are spacious. The beach will be equipped with new, white sand in 2022. There is a picnic table and dining table with 8 chairs, sunbeds and lounge chairs available.

Children: There are two folding beds with a mattress, a high chair, a buggy and a removable changing mat. The children can play in the toy kitchen, with the duplo train and on the trampoline. There is a lockable gate to the beach.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
