A midweek runs from Monday 3:00 pm to Friday 11:00 am

Summer holidays only book whole week (Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 10:00 am).

Pets not allowed.

Maximum 4 adults (over 25 years) with or without max 2 children and/or families (1 or 2 adults, max 4 children) The campsite does not allow young people traveling alone, so neither do we. No (temporary) occupancy. This is also checked at the reception. Because we make sure in advance that we know who will be staying in the caravan, this should not be a problem. We assume your honesty, do not abuse it. If it does happen for whatever reason, the rent will not be refunded.

Cancellation landlord

If the tenant does not make the payment on time, we will of course first send a reminder and contact you. If the payment obligation is still not met, we consider this as cancellation by the tenant. This takes into account the cancellation costs below, which will then be deducted from the term already paid.

Cancellation tenant
1. Tenant must cancel by e-mail .
2. In case of cancellation, the tenant owes the following cancellation costs:
a. cancellation free of charge up to 3 months before the start date of the rental period;
b. 50% of the rental price in case of cancellation up to 2 months before the start date of the rental period;
c. 70% of the rental price in case of cancellation up to 1 month before the start date of the rental period;
d. 90% of the rental price in case of cancellation up to 1 week before the start date of the rental period;
e. 100% of the rental price in case of cancellation within 1 week before the start date of the rental period.
3. In addition to the cancellation costs, the landlord may pay a fixed amount of €25.00 for administration costs
charge.
